To complement UCLan Cyprus’ state-of-the-art campus, brand new accommodation has been developed to provide students with a luxury living experience alongside their studies. It is available to all students studying at the university.

Nestled among the green olive groves and with its own extensive beautiful landscape gardens, Oceania Bay Village is where modern European conveniences and luxuries combine with a touch of Middle Eastern architecture to create a somewhat secluded tropical haven for its student residents.

At its core is a central swimming pool that casts shimmers of light over most apartments to spectacular effect. Additionally, most of the apartments will benefit of having a view of green gardens and a sea view, while others will be enjoying the breathtaking view of the mountains.

The whole complex was designed efficiently, in order to make the practice of entering and leaving the area as safe and as painless as possible, while also reducing noise pollution. Residents will also enjoy private parking and an electrical gate for the added privacy and security.

Oceania Bay Village features luxuries such as a communal pool, sauna and fitness centre for added luxury, indoor heated swimming pool and central antenna connected to a satellite dish.

All flats, which are fully furnished and are provided with free internet, are equipped with all necessary electrical equipment, except small appliances, bed linen, cutlery and crockery.

Utilities such as water, common expenses, refuse collection expenses, use of outdoor/indoor swimming pool, gym and sauna are included.

Electricity is paid extra and is not included in the monthly rent.

Prices are according to single or shared occupancy.

2 bedrooms apartment €300 / per month / per person (9 months contract*)

1 bedroom penthouse €500 / per month (9 months contract*)

2 bedroom penthouse €350 / per month / per person (9 months contract*)

* Extension for a further 3 months is possible, allowing the Student and/ or his family to use the Property during the summer. Apart from all the amenities available right on the complex, being in close proximity to the beach makes our accomodation the ideal vacation spot for the whole family.

The beach running parallel to the Larnaca /Dhekeleia road, about one kilometer away, is the longest stretch of sand in Larnaca. It appears to be almost endless and provides a stunning backdrop for the hotels, restaurants and Cypriot-style taverns on either side of the road. 

The CTO (Cyprus Tourist Organization) Beach or Pyla Beach and Oroklini Beach are just down the road from accommodation. Both are well known and offer multitude of activities, which include volleyball, handball, playground areas for young children and various water sports; the latter having been awarded the prestigious Blue Flag for cleanliness and general facilities.

With a bus stop right in front of the complex, you’ll have the choice of shopping, either in the village of Pyla or going all the way to the town center, only a 15 minute ride away.
