The course structure reflects the broadening span of marketing knowledge in recent years, so that students are exposed to topics that range from detailed and specific understandings, for example digital marketing and market entry.
They will engage critically with the problems that are specific to marketing in an international context, and focus on the traditional mainstays of postgraduate business education; the strategic context, and sustained scholarly research on a specialist topic.
*MSc Marketing Management will not run from the academic year 2019/2020.
ACCREDITATION/LINK WITH PROFESSIONAL BODIES
The MSc in Marketing Management is recognised by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). Although CIM accreditation is not appropriate at this level, students on this programme achieve exemption from CIM study and are entitled to full membership on that basis.
