April 7 is World Health Day. An initiative of the World Health Organization, World Health Day aims to highlight important health issues such as mental health and maternal and child care.

Important habits don’t always have to do with your physical health. An important habit can be a beauty habit, a mental habit, a habit of manners, or even a habit you use when socializing with others. Basically, habits of health are worth cultivating.

  1. Eat Healthy Snacks & Keep Them Around

Healthy snacks include fruits, dry fruits, oat bars, and so much more. These are yummy and won’t harm your health if you munch on them many times a day. So keep them around. 

  1. Drink Water As Much As You Can

Amidst all the school work and hectic schedules, drinking water may not be your priority. But carry around a bottle of water wherever you go and drink it now and then. Set reminders on your phone if needed.

Although drinking the famous coffee from expensive outlets is very much “in” these days. Know that regularly consuming them is not good for your body. Because at the end of the day those sugary drinks filled with caffeine are not good for your body.

When we say make it convenient, what we mean is, buying healthy things and stocking them up in your refrigerator so that next time you feel hungry, it is convenient for you to just pull out a bar of protein and eat it instead of munching on potato chips.

As much as we push you to eat healthily, it is alright to indulge in unhealthy snacks once in a while.

Vitamins make a great part of your diet, so make sure you consume vitamin foods.
