The University of Central Lancashire, Cyprus cordially invites you to attend the forthcoming 2nd Annual International Conference on ‘Thorny Legal Issues in Aviation’. Jointly organised by the Law School of UCLan Cyprus, the Law Department University of Cyprus and ALSTCO Aviation Consultancy.

 Friday 31st May (Opening Reception) 18:30-20:30 & Saturday 1st June 2013, 8:30-15:30 Auditorium UCALN Cyprus campus (Pyla, Larnaca).

 The Minister of Communications and Works Mr Tasos Mitsopoulos and the president of Larnaca District Court Mr Yiasemis Yiasemi will address the conference.

 The prime objective of the conference would be to provide an appropriate forum for aviation professionals, lawyers and academics to discuss the many challenges and problems that the very rapidly developing aviation world faces today.

In addition to local participation, there will be a number of international speakers from inter alia, the European Commission, Eurocontrol, esteemed academics from the Universities of Cyprus and UCLan Cyprus, lawyers from Sweden, Czech and the Netherlands.
