Secondly, my focus extends to educational leadership, exploring effective strategies and approaches that empower leaders in educational settings to create supportive and enriching learning environments. Lastly, I am passionate about the concept of well-being and belonging at work, delving into factors that contribute to employees’ overall satisfaction, engagement, and mental health within the organizational context.
