Research Interests

My research interests focus on three key areas: Storytelling in Digital Media for Enhanced Brand Communication, Psychological Insights into Consumer Behavior in Digital Media, and The Role of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Digital Marketing. I explore how compelling narratives in digital spaces can significantly improve brand engagement and customer loyalty, leveraging emotional connections and authenticity. Additionally, I delve into the psychological factors that influence consumer behavior in digital environments, examining how cognitive biases, social proof, and digital interactions shape purchasing decisions. Lastly, I investigate the transformative impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution on digital marketing practices, analyzing the integration of AI, automation, and data-driven technologies to revolutionize marketing strategies and consumer experiences.
