Research Interests

My research focuses on designing and optimizing service operations, with an emphasis on advanced data mining and analysis. This includes combining statistical expertise and object-orientation to compile and/or scrutinize complex data sets, produce actionable insight and refine business strategies via descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics. Broader areas of interest include: Computational Modeling, Optimization, Applied Probability, Simulation and Visualization.
