Directorships (executive and non-executive) in international caliber private companies.
Landmark Transactions As director of Unikmind Holdings Ltd, Antigoni led the 2023 financing from HSBC, public offer and delisting from AIM of Kape Technologies Plc (USD1.6billion public offer and squeeze out, legal and director of offeror responsible for the transaction). In the same year, led the legal process for Best of the Best Plc (of the UK, “BOTB”) (USD57.6million) recommended public offer, legal and respective financing and Eurobank Cyprus. Antigoni has also led the acquisition by Trastor of Labs Tower in Nicosia, Cyprus.
