Research Interests

I am interested in how optimum nutrition affects sports performance. Some of the specific areas I am interested in are nutrient timing and the intake of macronutrients, micronutrients and energy, dietary manipulation strategies used to enhance performance and recovery, and the effects of ergogenic aids.
