Research Interests

I am interested on how optimum nutrition affects sports performance. Some of the specific areas I am interested at are:

  • Nutrient timing and the intake of macronutrients, micronutrients and energy.
  • Dietary manipulation strategies used to enhance performance and recovery.
  • The effects of ergogenic aids.
