Research Interests 

The dynamic intersection of inclusivity in higher education, trauma studies, and postcolonialism, with a particular focus on the collective trauma experienced by marginalised communities; exploring how educational institutions can better serve diverse populations by integrating trauma-informed practices and addressing the lingering effects of colonial histories; culturally responsive teaching, which acknowledges and incorporates the cultural backgrounds of students; examining the interplay between systemic inequalities and educational outcomes to contribute to a more inclusive and equitable academic environment that recognises, respects, and heals the collective wounds of historically disenfranchised groups.

Consultancy and CPD Training 

Under the umbrella of Academic Training Provision, collaborative efforts with coordinators were focused on implementing vital initiatives such as the establishment of the E-Learning Resource Centre (E-LRC), Tutor Orientation Course (TOC), Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Training Centre, Tutor Resource Centre (TRC), Academic English Lab (AEL), and Student Help Centre (SHC). Relevant training sessions were conducted to ensure the skill enhancement and knowledge enrichment of both students and faculty members, aligning directly with the training services and resources.
