Research Interests
International Business has been researched and presented by scholars as a huge field of decision making; however, I am mostly interested in examining how MNEs are impacted by different cultures across nations. Different cultures fight for Cultural Tolerance which is the concept of a nation accepting new and different values, different from their culture. Expecting cultural tolerance can become very challenging as the Psychic Distance between the host and home country acts as a barrier, causing negative impacts on public policy when it comes to decision making and the performance of the MNEs.
