CRoLEV Final Conference at UCLan Cyprus
The Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence for the Rule of Law and European Values (CRoLEV) at the School of Law of UCLan Cyprus is pleased to announce the final CRoLEV Conference that will take place on the 13th of June 2025 between 09:30 – 17:00, within the framework of the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence CRoLEV. The event will take place at UCLan Cyprus.
The Conference
The CRoLEV conference is the culmination of the CRoLEV project that has been running at our University since 2022. For more information about the project and its various outputs, visit our website at https://crolev.eu/
The rule of law and European values are under threat across the European Union. The Conference intends to explore the ways in which such threats occur, focusing on ways in which we can safeguard and promote the rule of law, democratic values and human rights. The conference will host various panels with international experts presenting their work on various topics related to justice and the rule of law.
Target Groups
PhD students, early career researchers, advanced students in fields such as law, European Studies, sociology, politics, policy makers, members of civil society, stakeholders, professionals.
Costs
There is no registration cost. Refreshments will be provided to those attending in person. Flights and accommodation for international participants are not covered.
