Dr Irina Lokhtina, UCLan Cyprus Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Leadership, was proudly appointed as the Convenor/ Coordinator of the International Research Network, entitled ‘Working Life and Learning’ (one of the Networks of the European Society for Research on the Education of Adults).

This Network has been re-activated since the mid of September, 2019. A new team of convenors consists of six members who represent Europe and the US. In addition, the Network is interested in practical perspectives, which are related to human resource development, leadership and training within the labour market and the wider society. It is oriented towards research on different forms of leadership.
