Title: “Family legacy and entrepreneurial orientation: a configurational approach”
The main goal of the paper is to identify bundles of characteristics and traits of an entrepreneur that lead to higher entrepreneurial orientation, differentiating between different situations of “family embeddedness”, namely the successors, the family business founders and the independent founders. The results suggest that some characteristics in different family status lead to different levels of entrepreneurial orientation.
