International Civil and Commercial Mediation Professional training Course

The School of Law of UCLan Cyprus is pleased to announce the 2025 delivery of its annual international commercial mediation professional training course taking place on campus between 7 and 15 February 2025.
Course description
The Professional International Commercial Mediation Course at UCLan Cyprus is an accredited training program designed for professionals seeking to train as mediators in civil and commercial contexts. Organized by the School of Law, the course is unique in Cyprus as it triple accredited by the Cyprus Ministry of Justice and Public Order, the UK Civil Mediation Council (CMC), and the International Mediation Institute (IMI). The training includes role-play scenarios and practical exercises to develop key mediation skills and strategies facilitating the amicable resolutiong of disputes. It is particularly relevant for advanced students in law, finance, business, and related fields, as well as professionals such as lawyers, accountants, auditors, architects, civil engineers, psychologists, HR officers, and managers.
Registration Fee: 800 euros including the delivery of the course, assessment and feedback, all materials and refreshments and light lunch on all days. Accommodation options are available at an extra cost.
