If you are eligible to apply for a grant you must complete the application form which becomes available, annually in February / March . The Student Support Services inform all students via email, social media and announcements as soon as the grant applications become available. As each family’s circumstances / finances are different, students are advised to visit the Citizen Service Centres for assistance when completing the form.
The Student Support Services can provide you with a letter of confirmation, upon request, which includes the course and mode of study, the year of study, the ECTS taken that year and a statement referring to the tuition fees paid to date. This letter is prepared only once students submit a formal letter request, through Timetable (under ‘Student Letter Requests’ choose the correct type of letter for the grant; “Student Grant”.).
Applications will be accepted and evaluated only if they are sent/delivered to the appropriate Government Services by the designated deadline (as announced with the applications each year).
