Life At Campus
Welcome to UCLan Cyprus! A vibrant, student-centred and inclusive campus! Here, you will join a friendly atmosphere and embracing community where you will grow academically, socially and personally as you mature through the process from student to professional.
We take great pride in our modern, state of the art facilities and spaces that inspire collaboration and good vibes, that will help you reach your full potential. Our facilities provide students with opportunities to socialise throughout the day on campus, helping build a feeling of togetherness throughout the student community.
Our library provides a peaceful and productive environment to allow students to make the most of our 320,000 resources, which include books, eBooks, articles, journals and e-Journals.
Students can also enjoy our garden areas and brand-new cafeteria, making the most of opportunities to unwind after a day of classes or just looking for a chance to socialise with friends and fellow students! Whether you’re participating in exciting student events, joining one of our many student clubs and societies, engaging on volunteering activities, on campus fairs or meeting new friends, there’s always something to do, and someone to meet.

How To Get Around
If you are visiting the University campus in Pyla by car you should travel on the A3 towards Ayia Napa/ Paralimni and exit at either the first (Exit 5) or second exit (Exit 6) which directs you to Pyla. Once you exit you will see signs every 500m directing you towards the University Campus.
Cyprus Public Transport.

University students are entitled to a discount and can apply for a bus card either online or in person at one of the designated local points.
Information on student bus tickets and the bus route and schedule can be found on the Cyprus Public Transport website.
Download the Pame Mobile App to plan your journeys when using Cyprus Public Transport. The app gives passengers real time information on buses and their arrival at each bus stop. Passengers can also browse an interactive bus map, access route information, route maps and top up their Motion Travel Card.
Travelling around the island.
If you want to explore other parts of Cyprus one option is to use the Intercity Buses. The buses are available from various stations in Larnaka, however the most convenient bus stop used by students travelling with the Intercity Buses to/from Nicosia and Limassol is the one located on the Finikoudes sea front.
UCLan Cyprus students wishing to benefit from a 50% discount on Intercity Bus fares must have a Personalized Motion Card.
For more information on applying for a motion card, visit https://www.motionbuscard.org.cy/
Head to the Intercity Buses website for more information, including bus schedules and ticket prices.
If you would like to share a ride with other UCLan Cyprus students that live in the same area or town as you, then please send us an email at [email protected]. Carpooling will help you save petrol, decrease auto emissions and help you make new friends! You are travelling ‘greener’ by reducing pollution but also cutting back on your weekly costs. Everyone benefits!
