The famous Greek boxer Michalis Zambidis referred to as  «Iron Mike» with over 150 victories to his credit will be in Cyprus to share his knowledge and experience with kick boxing fans. Mr. Zambidis will present a two-day seminar at  UCLan Cyprus  the weekend  January 31st and February 1st.

On the first day of the seminar, Mr. Zambidis will conduct a presentation explaining the methodology of success, the achievement of objectives, the management of negative emotions and  diet/fitness models. At the end of this session, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions  relating to the above issues. In addition to this the Greek champion will demonstrate techniques for beginners.

During the second day, Mr. Zambidis will resume his  presentation enriching it with advance level references for athletes. He will also demonstrate his favorite techniques and participants will have the opportunity of experiencing themselves the techniques that have given  «Iron Mike» unique victories!
