UCLan Cyprus, one of the fastest-developing universities in Cyprus, is seeking to expand its Accounting and Finance team and invites applications for the position of Finance and Payroll Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the University’s Payroll procedure.
- Maintain accurate purchase ledger and manage supplier payments.
- Undertake various Reconciliations.
- Provide Financial information in a timely manner.
- Any other Accounting duties as required by the Chief Accountant and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field will be considered as an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position especially with Payroll knowledge.
- Excellent knowledge of Accounting softwares and Excel spreadsheets.
- Excellent command of both Greek and English languages both written and verbal.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Gross annual salary: €24,000
