On Thursday, 03/04/2024, the Course Leader of the BSc (Hons) Computing programme, Dr Louis Nisiotis, with the support from UCLan Cyprus students Aimilios Hadjiliasi, Panayiotis Theodorou and other UCLan Cyprus IEEE Students Members, organised a virtual roundtable discussion focusing on the User Adoption of the Metaverse for the IEEE Future Directions and IEEE Metaverse scientific communities.

As the Metaverse becomes an integral part of our professional and personal experiences, this roundtable discussed the relevant factors for consideration in the journey from user acceptance to adoption of the Metaverse for all.
