We would like to thank and congratulate members of staff from Zinonas Bus Company, F.G. Lancashire and UCLan Cyprus for working closely  together over the past year  in order to create a bus route and schedule that would make UCLan Cyprus and UCLan Cyprus Student accommodation  a lot more accessible to students, staff and visitors. Evidence that this is an effective and efficient route,  are our happy students and the  positive feedback received  regarding  their experience with the bus service.

UCLan Cyprus staff and Zinonas Bus Company  staff should be very proud to have contributed to students’ satisfaction regarding their travel experience,  to and from University. On behalf of the Student Support Services of UCLan Cyprus  we would like to thank greatly a number of staff members at UCLan Cyprus that have continuously followed up with complaints, enquiries and made suggestions to the bus company;  Christos Eleftheriou (CFO), Georgia Georgiou (Accommodation Officer), Margarita Manoli (Senior Student Support Officer) and Maria Thoma Georgiou (Receptionist).

We would also like to express  gratitude, on  behalf of the Student Support Services of UCLan Cyprus, to the staff members of the Zinonas Bus Company Ltd that followed up our enquiries, responded as soon as possible to our complaints, came to our premises to help find a solution, was patient with the difficulties that arose and enforced the relevant changes to the route and schedule in order to best serve the students of UCLan Cyprus.
