Step by step International Students’ application process.

STEP 1.

Complete the UCLan Cyprus application form. The form is also available here.

STEP 2.

Provide copies of your High School certificate and other supporting documents (in native language & in English).

Undergraduate Applicants
– School leaving certificate & mark sheet
– English language qualification (IELTS 5.5 or IGCSE or any other equivalent)
– Passport copy, minimum validity 2 years

Postgraduate Applicants
– Bachelor degree & transcripts
– School leaving certificate & mark sheet
– English language qualification (IELTS 6.5 or IGCSE or any other equivalent)
– Personal statement
– Curriculum Vitae (CV)
– Two reference letters
– Passport copy, minimum validity 2 years

STEP 3.

Payment of €50 application fee (non-refundable) for the Admissions Department to evaluate your application. Methods of payment can be found below.

STEP 4.

Once the University has received all the above required documents via email along with the application fee, the UCLan Cyprus Admissions Department will proceed with an official evaluation and if the application is successful, will issue a Conditional Offer Letter stating the terms & conditions of your admission for the programme you are applying for.

STEP 5.

Once you receive your Offer Letter, your University Advisor, will guide you through steps of applying for your Student Visa. You can find out more detailed information for the Student Visa Process here.

The 1^st part of your deposit/registration fee will be needed, that is the €3000 (Three thousand Euros).

Also, the Student Visa Application fee of €140 (One hundred and Forty Euros) which is non-refundable, for the submission of your visa documents to the Migration Authorities.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. In case you still do not have your School leaving certificate (for Undergraduates) or your Bachelor’s degree (for Postgraduates) you can provide the latest mark sheet you have and a conditional offer letter will be issued to secure your place.

2. In case you do not have an accredited English language qualification, we offer our recognised English language Admissions test, called Password Test. You can contact [email protected] for more information.

3. International Students who will require a student visa must provide an official English language qualification, as per the list in the Entry Requirements. The only exemption allowed is if the student is a national of UK, Ireland, USA, Canada (only if the language of teaching on High School or University is English), Australia or New Zealand.

Take the UCLan Cyprus English Language Admissions Test.

We now offer the online Password English test, which is an internationally recognised English Language University Admissions test created by researchers involved in the development and validation of Language assessments such as IELTS and Cambridge suite.

The Password Knowledge test will test your Reading, Vocabulary, Grammar and Writing and you will be awarded a CEFR-aligned level certificate specifying a score between 3.0 and 7.0 and above. The test can be taken online or at the UCLan Cyprus campus.

You can take the test whether you are a prospective student or not, and you can use your certificate and grade for proof of your English Language Level either at entry at English universities or institutes or at a job application. Please contact us for more information.
